Another one bites the dust!!

I measured last night....lost another inch in my waist...whoo hoo! It wasn't unexpected because my "fat jeans" were falling down, but I like to see the numbers go down anyway! I am down 11 pounds total. I see a pattern to my loss. I will lose a pound a day for a couple days, then stabilize for the next three or four, then lose again. I think this is a very healthy way to lose weight. It isn't real rapid but its coming off consistantly enough to make me happy and keep me motivated. =0) I need to get up to the Market and get some more psyllium husks... I am out and its way harder to get my fiber in without having those in the morning. I also need to be a little more diligent about drinking my water. I have found that while working horses and taking care of Grandma, I am so busy, I don't get hungry and forget to stop and drink my water every hour. I think an alarm on my cell phone just might be a good idea. I feel so much better when I am getting all of my water in. Today is a short work day for me. My cousin is coming to take Grandma to lunch at 11 and then to her hair appointment. Mom picks her up from there so I can just come home and catch up on my stuff here. I will finally have time to read everyone else's blogs!! Unfortunately, they don't have internet at Mom's house, so I can't do it from there and by the time I get home, I am bombarded by my kids and hubby so reading isn't an option. LOL. Dad says he is thinking about getting internet put back in so I'm hoping for that! Well, I am off to work.....have a great BFC day!

  2. I think it much healthier for the weight to come off a little slowly. It makes it more realistic. I hope that you get internet at grandmas house. That will be good. Drinking water every hour is hard to do. But makes us all feel better.
Keep going you are doing great!
