The good thing about insomnia

I couldn't sleep so I got up at 4 am and went to the gym....I did my regular workout and cardio...just as I was done a Zumba class came in so I decided to do that too! Two hours later I drug my tired butt home and had Chia pudding and scrambled eggs for breakfast. I made a sausage patty too but couldnt eat it. Had a good day....visited with a friend and we did the New York Times crossword. It's a thing we do when he comes up. For lunch I had a smoked pulled pork sandwich on Orowheat with pepper jack and sprouts. yum! I am having a steak, shrimp and salad for dinner.....hubby is doing the BBQ thing. And I finally got my tattoo fixed! I got a wristband over a year ago and it blew up big time. I had a massive allergic reaction to the aftercare. It finally healed enough that I got to have it redone. It looks way better than before. I am super happy with it so far. Its still wrapped up so I havent got a good look at it yet. LOL. My hubby watched me get it done and he said it looks really nice. I am going to have a relaxing evening with my hubby and the kiddos and hit the gym again tomorrow. :)

  5. I am going to have to try the pulled pork, it sounds really good. Do you take Flaxseed oil? I do 2 tbs each morning and I swear that I sleep thru the night when I didnt before. A friend recommended it and she swears by it too!
