A new plan for allergies....

So I went to the doc today....they took me off all the steroids (oral and nasal) and gave me a kenalog shot. It is a steroid but its slow acting so there are no mood swing side effects. It will still be a few days before I'm back to normal but at least the worst is over. Onward and upward! In the meantime.....I'm getting good R and R....catching up on some shows and enjoying time with my family. :-D
