Another pound down!! BFC

During my busy life this past week with Grandma in the hospital, taking care of injured horses, baseball games, and life in general....I managed to lose another pound! I am now down a total of 12.5 pounds! I am pretty excited about that because I have been so busy that I haven't really paid much attention to the scale. I am sticking with the BFC because it is second nature to me now and my family is very supportive....hubby makes belly good dinners for me and makes sure I have something I can eat on hand. I am keeping this short because it is sunny and my horse is calling me! :) Have a great BFC day!!
