Well I spoke too soon....still sick. Its been 4 days now of keeping nothing down but string cheese and im not even keeping much of that down. I sm sitting here in my chair while my daughter is doing a cheer performance.....missing it because I am so sick I cant even tough it out for a halftime show. They only do this twice a year so I am pretty pissed that I am having to miss it. I am also frustrated that I am not able to eat anything. I have no idea what this is going to do to my body but I just know it probably isnt good. I don't know what to try to eat since the BRAT diet really isnt ok on the BFC. I have been drinking lifewater and oddly coffee is ok on my tummy too. I have been trying to limit the coffee though becaause of dehydration. I am so ready to be well again. If anyone has any ideas of what to eat that is super gentle on the digestive system please share. ven chia pudding makes my belly burn!

Sorry to hear you feel like crap, I also have the crud that is going around. Have you tried a broth based soup such as chicken or veggie? That might be gentle enough for your tummy. I hope you feel better soon, and I'm sorry to hear that you had to miss stuff with your kids.
