Slowly but surely....BFC

Slowly but surely the loss continues. I lost another 1/2 pound for a 14lb total loss....only one more pound till my next mini goal and 6 till my origional goal! I love seeing the scale go down. =0) Today we have 4 kids playing sports games, one soccer and three baseball games. It's going to be busy busy busy! Not a problem for me though, I have been doing great sticking with the BFC through the busy stuff. Hope you all have a great weekend!

    Randi, I'm so sorry to hear about your horse, what a tough time for so many people. Animals are so special and it is so hard when they have to leave us.
